Single Operation
Step 1: From a private registry item list, open a published registry item you want to revoke.

Step 2: Click 'Revoke'.

Step 3: A confirmation dialog will appear with details about the revocation, including the number of associated child registry items (if any). Type in the reason for revocation in the 'Reason' field.

Step 4: Select the checkbox 'I understand that this action cannot be undone.'

Step 5: Click 'Revoke'.

Outcome:

- A success message will appear at the bottom of your screen confirming that the action was successful.
- The registry item’s status will change to 'Revoked' in both the private and public records.
- The registrant will no longer be able to edit the item.
- If the item has child registry items, they will also be revoked.
- A banner will appear at the top of the registry item's details page, indicating that it has been revoked.
- If the item was revoked due to its parent item being revoked, the banner will display this reason.
- This action cannot be undone.
