Delete Claims

You can delete claims only from the claims tab inside the order item.

Step 1: From order item details page, click 'Claims' tab and select claims you want to delete.

Step 2: Click ‘Delete’.

Once claim is deleted, it cannot be restored.

Step 3: A confirmation banner will appear, click on 'Delete' to confirm the action.

Step 4: A green banner will appear at the top of the claims list once the claims are successfully deleted.
