Registry Item Versions

What are public registry item versions?
When a registry item is published, the system creates a public version of the private record. This public version is immutable and is accessible not only to registry participants (Registry Manager, Registry Auditor, and Registrant) but also to all Block Aero network participants.

Note:

Whenever the private registry item is updated after publication - for example, when it is flagged, modified by the registrant, and then unflagged - the system creates a new version of the public registry item.

How to navigate to public registry item versions?

Step 1: From a public registry item list, navigate to a desired registry item.

Step 2: Locate the 'Last Updated' section on the side panel. If multiple versions exist, this section will be clickable and will display an arrow icon indicating the presence of a version history dropdown.

Step 3: Click 'Last Updated' and select the version you want to review from the dropdown menu.

When viewing a historical version, a banner will appear at the top indicating that you are looking at an older version.

If more versions are available, navigate using the 'Next Version' and 'Previous Version' buttons.

When navigating between versions, any details that were updated compared to the next version will be highlighted in orange, making it easy to track changes.

To return to the latest version, click 'Last Updated' again and select the most recent entry.
