The MRO Manager Dashboard has 5 main sections:

A. Repair Order Status widget

The Repair Order Status widget shows the current status of your repair orders.

The widget categorizes your repair orders under three main groups and filters them into different repair order statuses.

  • Outbound

    • Customer Order Pending
    • Outbound / Ready to Ship
    • Outbound / In-Transit
  • Shop Visit

    • Awaiting Vendor Quote Issuance
    • Awaiting Customer Quote Approval
    • Shop Visit In-Progress
  • Inbound

    • Inbound / Ready to Ship
    • Inbound / In-Transit
    • Delivered

Repair Order Status Widget Progress Bar

Under the three main groups (Outbound, Shop Visit, and Inbound), progress bars have four different colours representing the specific progress of your repair orders. You can hover over the progress bars to view the number of repair orders in each bar.


The table below shows the representation of the coloured bars and how they are populated on the widget.

Accessing your Repair Orders in a specific status

Step 1: Click on the number of orders highlighted in blue.


Step 2: You will be redirected to the repair order list filtered by the selected status.


B. RO List Shortcuts

The RO List Shortcuts widget gives you a quick overview and filter for your repair orders. The RO list shortcuts have four quadrants that show the number of repair orders in each dedicated category.

Clicking any of these quadrants instantly directs you to the list of repair orders in the filtered results. It will help you quickly access the details of these repair orders in one click. The four quadrants are specifically for:

  • Critical ROs
  • Outbound ROs
  • In-Shop ROs
  • Inbound ROs

Accessing your Repair Orders from RO List Shortcuts widget

Step 1: Click on your desired filter on the RO List Shortcuts widget.


Step 2: View the filtered repair order list under the specific filter.


C. Top 10 Critical ROs list

The Top 10 Critical ROs List shows the top 10 most critical Repair Orders you currently have in your organization. The Repair Orders are sorted by “Days Since Contract Delivery Date”, in which the highest numbers of days are placed at the top in descending order.

Accessing the Repair Order profile of your Top 10 Critical ROs

Step 1: Click on any of the Top 10 Critical ROs in the list.


Step 2: You will be redirected to the repair order details page to view more details of your repair order.


D. Claim Status widget

The Claim Status widget shows the number of claims under your organization and the status of these claims (open or closed).

The blue boundary region shows the percentage of open claims. The green boundary region shows the percentage of closed claims.


Accessing Claims List from Claims Status Widget

You can access the Claims List by clicking on the Claims Status widget.

Step 1: Click on the outer circle boundary or the number beside the claims status.


Step 2: You will be redirected to the Claims List filtered by the specific status.


E. Repair Order Performance Table

The Repair Order Performance Table provides a comprehensive view of repair orders performance, facilitating analysis across various metrics.

Accessing Repair Orders via Repair Order Performance List

Step 1: Click on the number of orders highlighted in blue.

Step 2: You will be redirected to the Repair Orders List filtered by the selected shortcut.
