Bulk Operation

Step 1: From a private registry items list, select published registry items you want to flag.

Step 2: Once selected, click 'Bulk Update' and select 'Flag' from the drop-down options.

Step 3: A 'Flag Registry Items?' dialog will appear - type in the reason for flagging in the 'Reason' field.

Step 4: After entering the reason, click 'Flag'.

Outcome

• A banner will appear at the top of the registry items' list, confirming that the action was successfully applied to multiple items.
• The registry items' status will change to 'Flagged', but this applies only to the private versions of the items. The public versions will maintain their 'Valid' status.
• Other participants in the registry will receive notifications informing them of the flagged status.
• The registrant can now make edits to the flagged registry items. However, these changes will not be visible on the public versions until the items are unflagged.
