Block Aero - Transaction all has keeps the history log. you could be found the audit log on the top right of each transaction.

You will be able to expand to see more detail by click "View All"

Requirement Log

Under the transaction requirement, you would be found the "View Requirement Log", click to expand to see the log detail.

Audit Log Report

You will be able to download the audit log - PDF format by click "Export to PDF"

The full audit report has covered all the major event, document, and the participant.
