The Asset Manager module is a centralized workspace for managing aviation assets throughout their lifecycle. It enables structured data capture, tracks back-to-birth history, organizes documents, and monitors compliance status. The module helps ensure data integrity, supports collaboration among asset stakeholders, and facilitates business transactions with external parties.

Getting Started

To access the Asset Manager module, click the Asset Manager icon in the side menu.

A. Create Asset

Asset management begins by creating assets on the platform. Click the 'Create Asset' button to start the process.

B. Navigation Tabs

There are 2 tabs available:

• Assets: Manage your organization’s fleet and inventory. This tab is the starting point for all asset-related actions, including creating, viewing, and updating asset records.

• Transfer Requests: Manage asset role transfer requests involving your organization.
