Approve Transfer Requests

The Approve Transfer Request action is part of the asset transfer workflow.

When a transfer request is created, it must be reviewed and approved by:

• The Transfer Authority (Owner, Digital Asset Manager, or Asset Manager)
• The Recipient Organization receiving the role.

By approving the request, you confirm that:

• You agree to assign the specified role to the recipient organization.
• (If applicable) You agree to share associated documents based on the Data Sharing Specifications (DSS).
• You acknowledge that the transfer will update access permissions for the involved parties once executed.

After both approvals are provided, the transfer request must still be executed by a Transfer Authority to complete the transfer.
