Withdraw Transfer Requests

The Withdraw Transfer Request action allows the requester or any Transfer Authority to cancel a transfer request before both approvals are completed. This option is available as long as at least one party has not yet responded.

When withdrawing a transfer request:

• The request is immediately cancelled and marked as Withdrawn.
• The party that hasn’t responded will have their approval status updated to N/A.
• No changes are applied to the asset, roles, or document access.
• The withdrawn request remains visible in the Transfer Requests List for record-keeping.
• Once withdrawn, the transfer process for that request is permanently closed and cannot be resumed.
