Create AFRA-CAAC Dismantled Engine Registry Items

Creates one or more AFRA-CAAC Dismantled Engine registry items for ESN assets of your organization, optionally under an AFRA-CAAC Dismantled Aircraft registry item. Asset details, the AMO certificate's facility and the owner's contact details are filled in from the referenced records.
