Signs and issues one or more existing CoC documents within your organization, changing their status to Issued, and returns the IDs of the issued documents.
Only documents in Pending Signature with no signatory assigned can be issued through the API; a document assigned to a signatory must be signed and issued by that signatory in the application.
The documents are validated first: if any of them fails a check, nothing is issued and the request fails with 400, returning a validation error per failed check that lists the failing document IDs. The request also fails with 404 if any ID is not found, and with 400 if any document is of a different type.
