This function can only be called if the transaction has all of it's stage approvals required, and currently can only be called by the initiator of the transaction.
This function processes all the documents and data in the transaction's current stage. It will verify all required approvals have been provided, seal and archive the stage,
update the associated assets of the transaction, and share these updates with other organizations based on the Data Sharing Specification (DSS). You can find the DSS at
